When collecting an order in store, placed online or by phone, the account holder will be required to collect the order in person and bring ID. You may also be required to complete a free of charge Chip and PIN check, if you paid by card, so please bring the physical card.

Yes, in line with Government guidelines we are passing the temporary VAT rate cut of 2% onto you , our customers. This means VAT will be reduced from 23% to 21%  from Tuesday 1st September to Sunday 28th February 2021.

When you enter your promotional code and click Apply Code, you will see the total discount applied to your basket and total order value before placing your order. If you experience any issues trying to apply your promotional code, please Contact Us.

Yes, there is a link at the top right of each page where you can select to view Inc. VAT or ex. VAT prices.

You can redeem credit at any Screwfix store ,or by phone. Currently it is not possible to redeem Screwfix credit online.

Currently we do not offer a stock reservation service, therefore, an order must be placed and paid for in full either online, in store or by phone to secure the available stock.
