Low Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions ROI

• Low Price Guarantee refers to a selection of products with prices checked daily.
• Low Price Guarantee products are identified with a Low Price Guarantee badge, in-store and online.
• Low Price Guarantee items will be at least the same price than one of the following competitors: B&Q, Woodies, Chadwicks (a “Competitor”).
• All Low Price Guarantee products are subject to availability.
• At our discretion, prices are subject to daily updates.  See online for the most up to date price.
• Products are matched on a like for like basis (ie same unit size and colour, irrespective of the brand).
• We reserve the right to amend or remove individual Low Price Guarantee items and remove or amend the Low Price Guarantee offer at any time. 
• If you find a Low Price Guarantee product cheaper at one of the Competitors, we will match the price or refund the difference under our Price Match promise, available instore only.  See  the below Price Match terms and conditions for details.
• The Low Price Guarantee does not affect your entitlement by law to remedies from Screwfix in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods with the sales contract.

Price Match Terms & Conditions ROI

• If you find the same product cheaper and available from a multi-channel retailer, with stores nationwide (excludes warehouse clubs requiring membership) (“Competitor”), we will match their price (“Price Match”).
• A discount will be applied to your order, or a refund processed for the difference where the purchase has taken place, on receipt of accepted evidence.  
• Price Match can be requested up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Price Match redemption is available in-store only and against any identical product (for example; identical specification, brand, colour, packaging and unit quantity), sold as new and available at the Competitors on the day you request a Price Match.
• At the point of requesting a Price Match, please provide evidence of the lower price (website, catalogue, leaflet or advert),  for verification by us at the time of Price Match.
• Excludes Competitor offers involving vouchers or discount codes, bulk buys and delivery charges.
• All Low Price Guarantee products will be honoured under this guarantee, on a like for like basis (same unit size and colour, irrespective of the brand).
