Once you’ve submitted this form, we’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received your request. We’ll also explain what to do next, including how to return products and when to expect your refund, if your cancellation is accepted.  

For legal purposes, this is your right to withdraw from a distance contract, which is a 14-day cooling off period, from the date you receive your order.  At Screwfix, we go further and have extended this to 30 days. We use the word “cancel” simply to make the process easier to understand.
