In My Account section, you can view your order history and saved lists. You can also manage your personal details, payment cards and marketing preferences.
Signing in to your account will make your checkout process quicker and easier.
You can view your order history and request a copy of your invoice. You can also manage your personal details, delivery addresses and payment cards, as well as change your password and marketing preferences.
If you’ve shopped with us online before, try signing in with the e-mail and password you registered with. If this doesn’t work, please reset your password.
If you’ve not shopped online with us (even if you have shopped in store or over the phone before), you’ll need to register your e-mail address to set up a new account.
From the Sign in page click the ‘forgot your password’ link.
We will send you a code to verify the e-mail address that’s linked to your account. This code will be valid for 10 minutes. When the correct code has been entered, you’ll be able to set a new password. Don’t worry if the code expires, you can request another one to be able to save a new password.
Go to the Payment Cards section of your account to add, remove or amend card details.
Alternatively, if you are placing an order, you can use your new card details at the checkout and you have the option to save the card details so that they can be used at future orders.
You can search your inbox for previous e-mails from Screwfix. If you’ve never shopped with us before you can create an account in a few minutes.
Go to your Personal Details to change your marketing preferences. At the bottom of this page you can either opt in or opt out of our four marketing channels. When signed in, you can sign up to receive the latest discounts, offers and sale previews from Screwfix and its group companies.
Go to your Address Book to add or amend your saved addresses.
Go to your Order History and select the order you need. Click View Order Details and then click Email Invoice at the bottom of the page.
Anyone can shop with us, you don't need to be a tradesperson.
Security measures are in place to protect our customers and ensure your accounts are watertight.
We implement a login attempt limit to prevent cyber criminals trying to log in by guessing passwords too many times.
- Refreshing your login page or multiple attempts to log in in a short space of time could trigger these measures and temporarily prevent you from making further attempts.
- The use of VPNs may also trigger some of our security measures and cause access to your account to be temporarily restricted.
If you’re experiencing problems logging in, please make sure your device is up to date and has the latest security updates/patches.
