Here are some additional details about our Click & Collect service.
If you want to cancel the order for a full refund, please Contact Us. If you don't cancel your order, your items will be held at your selected Screwfix store for 21 days and then they will be put back to stock.
When collecting your items you’ll need your order number and depending on your payment method the following:
Debit/credit card payment
- The payment card you used to purchase your items (for security purposes you may need to verify your card using chip and PIN)
Apple/Google pay and PayPal
- Bring the associated payment card and photo ID, such as a driving license or passport, where the name on the ID matches the name in the payments section of the order.
Yes, you can order for both collection and delivery in the same order. Payment will be taken for the whole order and any delivery charges, discounts and bulk savings will be based on the entire basket total.
If you have ordered using PayPal, please remember to bring a photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or a Passport. as well as your order reference number.
