Check availability in stores or online then place your order and pay. We’ll pick your items straight away (when stores are open) and text you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

We can get additional items delivered FREE to a Screwfix Store, ready for you to collect within 2-3 working days*. Remember to leave your mobile number and we will text you when your order is ready to collect. Also, if you’re in store and find we don’t have everything you need today, we can now check availability, take payment and secure stock. Your order will be ready to collect from your selected store in as little as 1 minute (when stores are open).

*Excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?

    If you want to cancel the order for a full refund, please Contact Us. If you don't cancel your order, your items will be held at your selected Screwfix store for 21 days and then they will be put back to stock.

  • How long will a store hold my order for?

    Your items will be held at your selected Screwfix Store for 21 days.

  • What happens if I don’t collect my order from store?

    If you don't collect your order from store, after 21 days the items will be put back to stock. After this time, please Contact Us to either arrange collection or a full refund.

  • What does Collect Today mean?

    Collect Today items are currently in stock at your selected Screwfix Store and are available to collect in as little as 1 minute after placing your order (when stores are open). Outside store hours Collect Today items will be available when the store is next open.

    If you’re in store and the item you want is not in stock, we can now check local availability, take payment and secure stock in another Screwfix Store. Your order will be ready to collect from your selected store in as little as 1 minute (when stores are open).

  • What does Collect In 2-3 Working Days mean?

    Collect In 2-3 Working Days is offered when the item you want is not in stock at your selected Screwfix Store but is in stock in our main warehouse. When you order for Collection, we send the item from the warehouse to your store ready for you to collect within 2-3 working days*.

  • When will my order be ready to collect?

    Collect Today

    Collect Today items are currently in stock at your selected Screwfix Store and are available to collect in as little as 1 minute after placing your order (when stores are open). Outside store hours Collect Today items will be available when the store is next open.

    If you’re in store and the item you want is not in stock, we can now check local availability, take payment and secure stock in another Screwfix Store. Your order will be ready to collect from your selected store in as little as 1 minute (when stores are open).

    Collect In 2-3 Working Days is offered when the item you want is not in stock at your selected Screwfix store but is in stock in our main warehouse. When you order for Collection we send the item from the warehouse to your store ready for you to collect in 2-3 working days.

  • I'm going to collect my order from store, what do I need to bring with me?

    When collecting your items you'll need the following:

    • The payment card you used to purchase your items (for security purposes you will need to verify your card using chip & PIN)
    • If using PayPal you must bring photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport.
    • Your order reference which will be on the order confirmation email or SMS.
  • Can I have items for collection and delivery in the same order?

    Yes, you can order for both collection and delivery in the same order. Payment will be taken for the whole order and any delivery charges, discounts and bulk savings will be based on the entire basket total.

  • I've paid with PayPal, what do I need to bring with me when collecting an order from store?

    If you have ordered using PayPal, please remember to bring a photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or a Passport. as well as your order reference number.
