(7 products)Tile spacers are small pieces of plastic used during any tiling job to allow constant and consistently even spacing between tiles. This allows a symmetrical finish to apply the grout in between. They provide a more professional tiling finish and come in a range of shapes and sizes. Selecting the size is based on personal preference, however, there are British Standards to consider. Leaving the correct spacing is essential to allow the tiles space for movement for stress relief. Wall spacers should be a minimum of 2mm and floor spacers a minimum of 3mm. It is important to ensure that the first tile is layed correctly as this will be your starting point to getting a level design as not all rooms are level.
