Bostik Flashband & Primer Grey 3.75m x 75mm (20535)
Durable and versatile self-adhesive flashing tape that bonds instantly to a wide range of building materials, providing a permanent, watertight seal in all climates. Ideal for preventing and repairing issues related to damp and water ingress, making it suitable for new build, maintenance, and emergency repairs. Supplied with a primer for improved adhesion on porous or rough surfaces. Flexible bitumen flashing tape is compatible with brick, masonry, slates, concrete roof tiles, wood, metal, concrete, terracotta tiles, glass, roofing felt and rigid plastics. Tape can be applied using hand pressure and a seam roller (with no requirement for special tools to cut, form or fix). Tear and impact-resistant due to its four-layer construction, and can withstand extreme temperatures from -10 to 100°C. Particularly effective for repairing lead flashing, sealing valley gutters, mending leaks in drain pipes and guttering, greenhouse repairs, protecting glazing bars, insulating pipes and tanks, and repairing roofing felt joints on flat roofs.
