Tado X Heat Pump Optimiser Wired Heating & Hot Water Smart Controller Unit (283AK)
Heat pump controller unit provides smart energy management for the home, offering lower energy use with intelligent temperature control. Can be used with Tado app to manage schedules for the heat pump, view energy use and control the temperature in the home from anywhere. Provides smartphone reminders to adjust the temperature. Optional Tado Balance (subscription required) allows the user to run the heat pump when energy prices are low. X Heat pump Optimiser is a Thread border router, meaning there is no need for Tado Bridge X to connect user's network. Compatible with air-to-water, water-to-water and brine-to-water heat pumps, and works with models from a range of manufacturers. Allows control of water temperature via the app where there is a hot water tank integrated or connected. Does not need connection of a room thermostat to a heat pump in order to be used. Please note that these products are not compatible with Tado V3+ products or older.
