Here are some additional details about our Click & Collect service.

  • Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?

    If you want to cancel the order for a full refund, please Contact Us. If you don't cancel your order, your items will be held at your selected Screwfix store for 21 days and then they will be put back to stock.

  • I'm going to collect my order from store, what do I need to bring with me?

    When collecting your items you'll need the following:

    • The payment card you used to purchase your items (for security purposes you will need to verify your card using chip & PIN)
    • If using PayPal you must bring photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport.
    • Your order reference which will be on the order confirmation email or SMS.
  • Can I have items for collection and delivery in the same order?

    Yes, you can order for both collection and delivery in the same order. Payment will be taken for the whole order and any delivery charges, discounts and bulk savings will be based on the entire basket total.

  • I've paid with PayPal, what do I need to bring with me when collecting an order from store?

    If you have ordered using PayPal, please remember to bring a photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or a Passport. as well as your order reference number.
